TASTING NOTE
Pale yellow and bright. Subtle aroma of white fruits with citrus notes. With a good step in the mouth, silky and fresh.
AGING
Cava aged 10 to 12 months in the cellars.
PAIRING
Ideal as a refreshing aperitif and to accompany fish, rice and pasta.
