Maria Rigol Brut Nature Ecològic is a sparkling blend of Xarel·lo (45%), Macabeo (35%) and Parellada (20%) of organic farming.
TASTING NOTE
Pale yellow with greenish and lemony nuances. Bubble alive and very thin. On the nose complex and elegant aroma with floral, citrus and frosty orange bark nuances. Touches of broom, white flowers, spices and grapefruit. The palate is intense, dry and fresh. Green apple notes, notes of fresh grass, white fruit and lemon rind. Long and with an excellent citric acidity. Good structure and great final.
AGING
Aged for at least 15 months
PAIRING
Ideal for appetizers, seasoned salads, fish rices, smoked meats, white meats, cooked seafood and grilled white fish.
