Gramona Celler Batlle Gran Reserva is a cava coupage of Xarel·lo and Macabeo. It is a terroir wine with a basic variety such as the Xarel·lo which makes it a reference among the sparkling wines of the World.
TASTING NOTE
Straw yellow color with bright golden highlights. Intense and complex nose. Aromas to ripe white fruit, citrus fruits combined with sparkles of aromatic herbs. The aging notes are endless in addition to toasted bread crust, puff pastry, toasted almonds, coffee, vanilla, etc. In the mouth, the entrance is forceful and of enormous nuances. Balance between maturity and freshness. Fine, mellow and creamy bubble brings a feeling of fullness, a caress to the palate. Expressive retronasal way that confirms the memories of fruit, of its long aging, a mineral dejo closes the set.
AGING
Aged in rhyme for more than 115 months. During the rest period in the silence of the cava is used a cork stopper that enables the longest breeding.
