Cruor Clàssic is a red blend of Garnacha (60%), Cariñena (31%), and Syrah (9%) grapes from the La Fredat estate (Bellmunt del Priorat) at the Casa Gran del Siurana winery.
TASTING NOTES
Intense and dense red color. Dense tears that slowly run down the glass. On the nose, it is complex and intense. It is a wine rich in nuances with clear notes of ripe black fruit, balsamic notes, tobacco, and licorice. A touch of fruity and fresh aromas. Well-balanced on the palate with appropriate acidity, a velvety and silky texture, ripe tannins with good complexity, and a smooth, easy finish. It is a luscious, round wine with elegant tannins.
AGING
Aged for 14 months in French oak barrels.
