Etern is an oak-aged red wine made from Grenache and Carignan from old vines. The philosophy of the winery is to produce wines from grapes of indigenous varieties showing the essence of the area. The grapes are thoroughly selected and vinified traditionally.
TASTING NOTE
Cherry red with purple. High, clean and bright. The nose presents complex and concentrated. We find ripe black fruit, balsamic notes, notes of undergrowth, leather, smoked, hints of slate and a spicy background. The palate is very powerful and enjoyable at the same time. It is a bulky, large and complex wine for his palate. ripe and velvety tannins. Its aftertaste is long drying slightly aromatic retronasal memories of balsamic, smoky black berries, chocolate, toffee all on a mineral background.
AGING
Aged for 12 months in French barrels.
