Giné Rosado is a blend of Grenache and Merlot rosé wine from young vines of the farm "Mas d'en Sastre" in the town of Gratallops. It is a very aromatic and complex, ideal to accompany any of your meals.
TASTING NOTE
Dry pink wine, very aromatic and complex turn. absolute predominance of red fruits and flowers. It is a smooth and mature wine.
AGING
The wine rests on its lees for 2 months and then bottled.
PAIRING
Highly recommended to accompany salads, spicy dishes and pickles; also to accompany white meat, white and blue fish seafood and vegetables.
