VARIETY: Made from Grenache grapes from 40-50 years, Cabernet Sauvignon and Samsó
SOIL AND VINEYARD: The vineyards are situated at a height of 300/500 meters above sea level on hillsides with a characterístic slate soil called 'Llicorella'
HARVEST: Harvested manually in “La Plantadeta” until 11 a.m. in boxes of 15 kg
AGEING: 12 months in new French oak barrels
PRODUCTION: Skidded with small machine immediately after the grapes arrive to the cellar. Thirty days of fermentation in Inox deposits with shirt of cold. Then the wine realize the malolactic fermentation for his later step: the barrels.
ALCOHOLIC DEGREE: 14,5%
TASTING NOTE: Dark red colour, intense with tearing intense. Balsam and spices aromas (vanilla, cinnamon) where the fruit highlights at the end. Smooth and pleasant in palate, evolution and final of mouth are intense, quite pleasant.
