L'Inconscient is a blend of Carignan (30%), Grenache (25%), Cabernet Sauvignon (20%), Merlot (15%) and Syrah (10%) from vineyards located in the village of Porrera wine.

TASTING NOTE

Cherry red color. Bright and clean. The nose has a great aromatic intensity with well integrated aromas of slightly ripened fruit with light notes of wood and spicy touches. In the mouth its freshness and youth. It is a living, silky and full-bodied wine. long finish.

ELABORATION

The wine is aged for 12 months in French oak vats of 7000 liters. After making the mixture is again left for 2 or 3 months in stainless steel vats.

PAIRING

Ideal to accompany salads with meat, rice, rabbit, Mediterranean cuisine, etc.
