TASTING NOTE
Carignan from Vilella Baixa to elaborate this magnificent wine, free and esay Mediterranean Carignan. A wine with good aromatic intensity, notes of ripe fruit, balanced and fresh on the palate, with volume and notes of sweet fruits.
ELABORATION
Harvested at the beginning of September manually in the morning.
PAIRING
Ideal to accompany grilled vegetables, cured cheeses and sausages, red meats and poultry.
