Mar de Frades is a single-varietal white wine, 100% Albariño. A fruity wine with marine memories that seduces with its elegant freshness.
TASTING NOTE
Crude lime color with green plum reflections. The radiant aspect encourages to find in the nose aromas of mango, pineapple and lychees interspersed with wild flowers and balsamic notes of eucalyptus. In the mouth, its power is shown in its fresh salinity, and its Atlantic seal is revealed in the mineral nuances and the persistence of tropical fruit.
PAIRING
Due to its intense saline aromas, the 2015 vintage harmonizes with very spicy dishes like Sushi, Pad Thai, Di Sum or Mexican carnitas. Of course it will be the perfect complement for fish and shellfish.
LABEL
Mar de Frades has a thermosensitive label that will help you enjoy the wine at the right temperature: a small blue boat emerges on the waves of the logo when the temperature of the bottle is below 11ºC, the ideal temperature for consumption.
