Alba Martin is a monovarietal white wine, 100% Albariño reflection of its land the Val do Salnés.
TASTING NOTE
Lemon straw yellow color. Clean and crystalline. On the nose, it's a wine of high intensity with citrus, pear, flowers and lactic notes. It has a saline background and a very complex aromatic profile. The entry is smooth and fruity. It's an enveloping wine with a medium persistence. Balanced acidity with a pleasant ending marked by saline background.
PREPARATION
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
PAIRING
It's perfect to join with seafood, fish, fresh chesse, salads and desserts.
