Les Pinyeres is a red wine, coupage of Grenache and Carignan from old vineyards.
TASTING NOTE
Cherry color with good intensity. Red fruits, toasted and spiced notes from the barrel bouquets.On the palate, it's pleasant, intense and long. Essence of handmade wine.
PREPARATION
Traditional fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature.
AGING
Aged for 12 months in French Oak barrels and then aged in the bottle.
