Bancal del Bosc Blanco is a monovarietal white wine, 100% White Grenache from organic viticulture.
TASTING NOTE
Straw yellow color with green tones. Bright and clean. Intense bouquets of fresh white fruit, specially wild pear and apple with notes of white almond blossom and canine rose with fennel hints. On the palate, it's fresh and sweet. The white fruit and herbaceous notes stand out with a pleasant ending of salty notes.
FERMENTATION AND AGING
Grape entry into the chamber until the temperature drops to 2-4º. Skidding and bleeding within hours of starting the alcoholic fermentation. Five months in fine lees in stainless steel tanks.
