Xarada Mistela Negra is a sweet wine elaborated with Carignan (100%).
TASTING NOTE
Plum color dark and very intense. Very ripe fruit aromas, raisins and a soft touch of honey. Soft and sweet on the palate. Tasty, elegant, with a good acidity. Long end, which maintains the fruit. Good persistence.
ELABORATION
Add alcohol to the fresh pasta before fermentation starts, and macerate for about a month.
