TASTING NOTE
Garnet color. On the nose, it's basically spiced and with a ripe red fruits background. A soft entry and an ending with noticeable wood tannins.
AGING
Aged 10 months in French and American oak barrels.
PAIRING
Perfect to join beef, semi-cured and cured cheese, pâté and chocolate.
