Priorat de Vall Llach is a Red Wine, coupage of carignan and Grenache from small old vineyards in the Porrera municipality.
NOTA DE CATA
Intense cherry color. Clean and bright. On the nose, we have a complex wine. Bouquets that remind us of fruit in liquor with mineral and toast dabs. In the mouth, it's a sorrounding, tasty and sweet wine. Ripe sensations and dry ending.
PREPARATION
Fermentation of the destemmed grapes takes place in stainless steel tanks. Temperatures are controlled between 20 and 25°C for twenty days, with daily pigging and gentle pumping over. Malolactic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks.
AGING
Aged in 300l second- and third-year French oak barrels. Racking is carried out during the twelve-month aging process.
