Genium Ecològic is a red wine blend of Grenache (50%), Carignan (10%), Merlot (30%) and Syrah (10%) from grapes from organic farming recognized by the Agrarian Catalan Council for Organic Production (CCPA ).
TASTING NOTE
Color cherry pillory intense and dark with purple trim. Powerful aromas with hints of spice and a background of ripe black fruit. Good acidity. Bodied wine, ripe tannins and a long finish.
AGING
Aged for 10 months in French oak barrels Alier. natural wine unfiltered, can contain tartaric precipitates in the bottle.
