The grapes with which it is elaborated are grown in eight different municipalities with slate soils and steep slopes and terraces located between 300 and 600 metres altitude. It combines an elaboration in stainless steel tanks, in concrete vats and in wooden barrels. The malolactic fermentation takes place in wooden vats. It stays for eight months in French oak barrels and vats.

TASTING NOTE
Intense dark cherry colour with violet nuances. Clean and bright wine with abundant tears.
Clean, high intensity nasal aromas in which the red and black fruit notes stand out along with nice and sweet toasted and spicy aromas on an interesting mineral background.
In the palate, this red wine is expressive and intense. It has a powerful and mellow attack and a fresh mid palate, with a good acidity and marked tannins. Nice finish with fruity, milky, mineral, roasted and spicy notes. Very pleasant.
