Estol Verd Ros Blanc Bota is a single-varietal white wine, 100% Chardonnay.
TASTING NOTE
Gold yellow color, clear and transparent. The nose has a high aromatic intensity with clear tones of vanilla and brioche. At the same time, floral notes and candied fruit are appreciated. The palate is mellow and pleasant, has a smooth entry and a balanced acidity.
VINIFICATION AND AGING
Wine made using organic grapes. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out on native yeast. It makes the alcoholic fermentation in French oak barrels and once finished, it ages 2 months inside the barrels.
