Carles Andreu 12 Arroves is a single-varietal red wine, 100% Trepat, produced by the Carles Andreu winery in the town of Pira. This wine is the result of adapting the "Catalan Pinot Noir," as some call Trepat, to the local terroir.
TASTING NOTES
A subtle red color, characteristic of the variety, clean and bright. A truly delightful nose with fruity and floral aromas and a touch of spice that makes it very pleasant. It is a fresh and light wine with a very easy entry on the palate and a medium body. We highlight a finish with a refreshing touch of acidity.
WINEMAKING
Fermented in stainless steel tanks, without oak aging.
FOOD PAIRING
Ideal to accompany salads, light charcuterie, white meats, and light fish.
