Scala Dei is a red wine coupage of Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah.
TASTING NOTE Deep cherry red color with violet highlights. Clean and bright. Fruity aroma where we perceive red fruit and currants intermixed with floral aromas and mineral notes. In the mouth it is a meaty, fresh, balanced and well structured wine. Nice tannins and good acidity. Pleasant, long and persistent finish.
PAIRING Ideal to accompany pastas with meat sauce, sausages, grilled pork, grilled red meats, cured cheeses, duck ham and Iberian acorn ham.
