TASTING NOTE
Deep cherry color. On the nose, we feel a mixture of fruit with soft dabs of toast and vanilla.In the mouth, it's balanced with a wood note that complemented the complexity of the fruit.
PREPARATION
Tradicional fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.
AGING
Aged 8 months in French Oak barrels.
