Edetària Finca La Pedrissa is a red wine monovarietal, 100% Carignan from old vineyards of a single farm located above a stone quarry.
TASTING NOTE
Deep red cherry color. In the nose it has fruit aromas combined with mineral notes, spices and aromatic herbs. It is a powerful wine, structured and balanced. Good acidity in the mouth. It has a fresh, persistent and sweet finish.
AGING
Respectful aging for 12 months in 300-liter French oak barrels.
