Celler Arrufí Rosé Wine Bag in Box is a Coupage of Grenache Rosé Wine.
TASTING NOTE
Onion skin color with with a salmon color reflection. On the nouse, it has a jelly bean with red fruits and Mediterranean herbs bouquet. In the mouth, we feel its freshness and a large and balanced taste.
PREPARATION
Pelicular cold maceration for 6 hours to mantain the primary bouquets. Fermentation with controlled temperature for 3 weeks. Then, the aging in stainless steel barrels for 3 months.
PAIRING
Perfect to join with white meat, grilled vegetable or pasta salad.
