Petals de Garnacha is a wine made100% of Grenache, from the "La Plantadeta" (clay-calcareous soil at 400 meters above sea level) in the region of Priorat.
TASTING NOTE
Pink strawberry. Aromas of white flowers and ripe red fruit. The palate has a pleasant, sticky entry, with very good performance.
ELABORATION
Harvested manually until 11 am in boxes of 15 kg. With machine skidded immediately upon arrival at the winery. Maceration with the skins for 3 hours, press very soft for the must flower, fermentation in stainless steel with cold jaket at low temperature.
