(?) Calculating the weight of bottles

The approximate number of bottles is therefore directly linked to these are weight, because bottles of different products not weigh the same. To optimize the transport system differentiates between our bottle of champagne and other wine magnum bottles or other measures.

Approximate weights of some standard bottles:

  • 75 cl bottle of wine: 1.5kg
  • 75 cl bottle of cava or sparkling wine: 1.6kg
  • Magnum 150 cl .: 3 Kg

 

Frequently asked questions about delivery

Delivery time for Europe
For European countries the delivery time is between 2 and 5 days.

Delivery time for Spain
The delivery time for the peninsula is between 1 and 3 working days.
Balearic Islands: the delivery time is between 2-5 working days.
Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Gibraltar: the delivery time is between 6-10 working days.

 

The specified period is counted from the following working day after the order confirmation.

The delivery price includes the delivery to destination, insurance against break or loss and VAT.

The delivery costs of each order are calculated automatically according to destination and number of products purchased. These will be detailed at the end of the purchase. We work with different delivery agencies: DHL and Correos Express.

Generally, thanks to the protection of the boxes, our orders do not usually suffer damage but if it was the case, it is very important following the next steps:

  1. If the shipper delivers the box in bad conditions or damp, you are allowed not to accept the order and it will return to our shop. It is very important to write it down on the delivery note. Then, you must send us an email to atcliente@totvi.com informing us about the situtation and we will prepare a new shipping.
  2. If you accept the order because you have not noticed any damage at first, and then you found it, it's very important to take a photo of the box as you found it. Send us an email to atcliente@totvi.com with your information and the photographs, so we can proceed with a new shipping and solve the incident.

Generally, it's not possible to ask them to deliver the order at a specific hour.

The service conditions for deliveries are during the day, usually from 9:00 to 19:00, from Monday to Friday and without prior notification.

A delivery notificacion is received the day before and the morning it is delivered.
We recommend indicating an address where there is always someone to received the order on the first try.

Usually before receiving your order, you will receive an email or SMS to inform you approximately the day of delivery. In this email or SMS, you can change the day of delivery, if you will not be the day indicated. Some delivery agencies give the possibility of delivering the order to a neighbor or consierge.

If the shipper makes the first delivery attemp and you are not at home, he/she will leave you a note with a telephone number to be able to request a new order or agree to pick up the order to the corresponding delegation. Usually, they will make another delivery the next working day.

*The number of delivery attemps may vary from one delegation to another, in some destinations the may only try once and others may try several times. For this reason, we always recommed indicating an address where there is always someone at the delivery address.

*The delivery will be made at the delivery address designated by the User. totvi.com will not assume any responsability when the delivery does not take place as a consequence of the inaccuracy or falseness of the information provided by the User.

If you have made your order and you want to pick up it at the delivery agency, there is no problem. At the end of the purchase process, send us an email to atcliente@totvi.com indicating this and when we manage the processing of your order we will indicate the collection of your order at the delivery agency.
