Mauro VS is a monovarietal red wine, 100% Tempranillo from the vineyards located in Tudela de Duero and Traspinedo.
TASTING NOTE
Cherry red color with violet reflection. Great aromatic richness with a mineral background. Ample wine, with tight tannins. Nerve and energy contained in a long-distance wine. The fruit has a lot of strength which makes the wood in the background.
AGING
Aged for 26 months in French and American oak barrels.
PAIRING
Ideal to accompany red meats, stews, sausages, etc.
