Dido is an ecological red wine made from Grenache, Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
TASTING NOTE
Cherry color with garnet hues. Clean and bright. Herbaceous nose touches and abundance of fruit. Spicy notes and smoky background. The palate is fresh and intense, very expressive. It shows mineral and fruity memories. long finish.
AGING
60% of the wine is aged for 16 months in barrels and amphorae ceramic, and 40% remaining in concrete vats to emphasize the fruit.
