Les Sorts Joven is a red wine coupage of Grenahce, Carignan and Syrah.

TASTING NOTE
Very fruity wine, characteristic of carbonic maceration. On the nose, strawberries and raspberries stand out on a lactic background. In the mouth it is round, fresh, very soft and pleasant.

ELABORATION
100% Carbonic maceration. Vinification technique where grapes, whole and without squeezing, ferment at high temperatures (30ºC) without oxygen.
