Les Sorts Blanc is a white wine made 100% with White Grenache from the winery's old vines over 50 years old.
TASTING NOTES
Straw yellow color with golden reflections. Intense aroma of white flowers, honey, aromatic herbs with soft toasted notes. In the mouth it is a fresh, complex and very varietal wine. This is a wine that represents the perfect example of White Grenache in Montsant.
PREPARATION AND AGING
Fermentation in new 300-liter French oak barrels with the lees using the battonage technique. Aging for 5 months in the same barrels used during fermentation.
