Les Sorts Blanc It is a 100% made white wine with white garnacha from the old vineyards over 50 years of the winery.
Tasting note
Pajizo yellow with golden reflexes. Intense aroma of white flowers, honey, aromatic herbs with soft roasted notes. In the mouth it is a fresh, complex and very varietal wine. This is a wine that represents the perfect example of the Blanca garnacha in the Montsant.
Preparation and upbringing
Fermentation in new 300 -liter French oak barrels with the Lias using the Battonage technique. Aging for 5 Mess in the same barrels used during fermentation.
