Maria Ganxa Pascona is a Red Wine that is made exclusively of Carignan grapes from cultivated vineyards of clay soil.
TASTING NOTE
Cherry color with purple, clear and bright reflections. On the nose, rose and wild red fruits bouquets with a counterpoint of soft spices. Great intensity. Easy, fresh and fruity entry. Intense and long end. In the mouth, the freshness persistence stands out.
PREPARATION
Maceration and fermentation in 5000 liters tanks with 'pigeage' for 5-8 days. Reductive aging with fine lees in stainless steel tanks for 3 months.
PAIRING
It's a perfect wine to join with meat rices, risottos, cold meats, stews, cured cheeses...
