Hacienda López de Haro Reserva is a red wine coupage Tempranillo and Graciano from a selection of old low production vineyards settled on poor land in the terraces of the Ebro, in the area of Sonsierra.
TASTING NOTE
Ruby color with tile border that reveals its long aging in oak and its rest in bottle. Powerful nose, primary aromas of ripe fruit, complex spicy and balsamic notes and a light touch of vanilla. Balanced, round and unctuous in the mouth. Sweet and ripe tannin and elegant aftertaste.
VINIFICATION
Manual harvest during the month of October. Made in tanks of 30,000 kg. Fermentation at 28ºC. Two weeks of maceration.
AGING
Aged for 20 months in French and American oak barrels. Quarterly racking.
