Ramón Bilbao Crianza is a classic but renewed wine, grown in American oak barrels. It is a versatile, fruity and balanced rioja, irreplaceable on any table.
TASTING NOTE
Cherry with ruby edging. Clean and medium intensity with aromas of ripe red fruit, laurel and mineral tips, and also some cocoa. Fresh in the attack, of pleasant passage where the memories of currants and wild strawberries reappear. It is spiced in the background with slight undertones of understory in a long aftertaste.
PAIRING
It accompanies very well dishes of sausages, soft cheeses and a great variety of meats and even blue fish.
