Formiga de Seda white wine coupage of White Grenache (80%) and Viognier (20%).
TASTING NOTE
Straw yellow color with golden reflections. Clean and bright. It has a complex aroma, with notes of sweet fruits, ripe and light touches of citrus and smoked. In the mouth it is a silky, oily and greasy wine, very long and with a balanced, tasty, fresh and elegant finish.
VINIFICATION AND AGING
Manual selection of each grape variety. The maceration is done in cold for 5 hours. A part of the wine ferments in a tank where it is aged on lees, and the other part ferments and ages in French oak barrels for 5 months.
PAIRING
Ideal to accompany rice, pasta, cheeses, vegetables, smoked, white fish and seafood, salads, etc.
