Flor del Montsant White is a white wine coupage of Macabeo (50%) and White Grenache (50%) from vineyards with clay soils and calcareous minerals.
TASTING NOTE
Visually it's characterized by its brightness and finesse. It's a clean and clear wine with pale lemon yellow color with light greenish tones. On the nose, it's soft aromatic intensity where the nuances of white fruits like apple and pear over floral notes predominate. Fine and fresh in the mouth. Soft touch and balanced on the palate, with a good intensity and a pleasant and slightly soft finish.
PREPARATION
Handmade harvest and classification in boxes of 15kg with subsequent thermal treatment at -2ºC. Rear skid and soft pressing. Static settling of the must for 24h and fermentation in French oak barrels of 300L.
PAIRING
Perfect to join in any light meal: vegetable creams, toast with patés or sobrasadas, fish and rice.
