Estol Verd Nyec Blanc is a young white wine Coupage of Xarel·lo, Parellada, Muscatel of Alexandria.
TASTING NOTE
Light yellow color, clear and transparent. On the nose, we feel a mixture of herbaceous bouquets, white and floral fruit given by the set of varieties that are part of this wine. On the palate, it has a smooth entry and pleasant acidity. The aftertaste is long and persistent.
VINIFICATION
It is ellaborated with organic grapes and the alcoholic fermentation is done with native yeast.
