TASTING NOTE
Black prune color with some cherry color shade. On the nose stands out black fruit bouquets such as prune and it has a licorice touch. On the palate, we feel a persistent and balanced taste.
PREPARATION
Fermentation for 4 weeks with a temperature of 22º and 25º.
PAIRING
Perfect to join fish, meat and chesse.
