Còsmic Valentia is a young single-varietal white wine, 100% white Carignan, from old vines grown in organic farming with biodynamic criteria.
TASTING NOTE
It is a bold and complex wine. Baked apple and floral notes with a very fresh and unctuous mineral background in the mouth, marking with great sincerity the terrain and climatology of the year.
AGING
Aging on lees in tanks and amphorae for 2 months.
LIMITED PRODUCTION
The total production of this wine is 470 bottles.
