Les Brugueres Red 2018

Les Brugueres Red is a red aged wine coupage of Grenache and Syrah from d'Escala Dei and La Morera de Montsant vineyards. It's light and fresh, very vevelty with a good ending and aftertaste.

TASTING NOTE
Intense red color. On the nose, very intense fruit bouquet respected by the wood. Spices and aromatic herbs notes with a noticeable mineral character. On the palate, it's light and fresh, very vevelty with a good ending and aftertaste.

PREPARATION
The grapes are harvested and selected manually. The first part of the fermentation is done with indigenous yeast. Aged for 10 months in oak barrels of 300 liters and stainless steel tanks.

PAIRING
It's perfect to join with meat, fish, rice, cheese and pasta.
