Còsmic Confianza is a young single-varietal white wine, 100% Grenache, from old vines grown in organic farming with biodynamic criteria.
TASTING NOTE
Visually it is genuine transparency and cleanliness. In the nose are citrus notes, saline and freshness combined with a pleasant and wide mouth, unctuous and refreshing marking with great sincerity the terrain and climatology of the year.
AGING
Aging on lees in tanks and amphorae for 2 months.
LIMITED PRODUCTION
The total production of this wine is 600 bottles.
