Carles Andreu Semi-Dry is an sparkling wine, Coupage of  Parellada and Macabeo from the Pira area.

TASTING NOTE AND PREPARATION
Sparkling wine that brings us to the sensuality and enthusiasm of the cellar. In the mouth, tt has a soft and pleasant bubble. On the palate, it's light with fruity bouquets. It's made of traditional varieties from the region, it's the result of a meticulous handmade selection of the best grapes from the vineyards.

AGING
Aged in the cellar for 18 months.

ADVICE
We recommend to serve the sparkling wine between 6ºC and 8ºC.
