Aire de l'Origan Rosé is a rosé cava Brut Nature coupage of Pinot Noir (85%) and Xarel·lo (15%) of the Origan cavas.
TASTING NOTE
Pale cherry color. Clean and bright. Fine and constant bubble. On the nose is a clean and fresh cava, with an elegant touch of forest fruits, soft citrus, pastry souvenirs and herbaceous fonde. Soft mouth filling highlighting the refreshing notes of white fruits and a slight floral touch. Unctuous, broad and with good acidity.
AGING
Aged of 20 months in rhyme in the cavas.
PAIRING
Ideal to accompany rice, meat stew, pasta and pastry.
