Catalunya

The Catalunya Denomination of Origin extends over the northeastern Iberian Peninsula, between the Mediterranean Sea and the Pyrenees. The geographical area of the DO Catalunya has a Mediterranean climate globally, with many hours of sun (> 2,500 h / year), it has dry winters and not very hot summers. Spring and autumn are usually the most unstable and rainy seasons.

DO CATALUNYA covers white, rosé and red wines. These can look for their maximum expression of raw material: the grape, by means of the fermentation of musts in stainless steel vats and under a strict control of the temperature.
