Casa Mariol Black Vermouth is a vermouth made from 100% Macabeo.
TASTING NOTES
Mahogany color with brown hues. Aromas of herbs such as thyme and rosemary, and spices such as cinnamon. A slightly bitter finish with caramel notes. On the palate, it is a refreshing vermouth with a well-balanced, complex acidity and a strong personality.
PRODUCTION
Macabeo wine fermented with selected yeasts at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks. Darkened with green walnuts and flavored through maceration with spices and herbs from the Matarraña Massif. It is gently aged in soleras in century-old butts.
