Donzell Vino Aromatizado Les Cousins

Vermouth Les Cousins ​​Donzell is a rosé wine-based vermouth that surprises with its return to its origins but with a touch of modernity.

TASTING NOTES
Very aromatic on the nose with very fruity notes. A rich, aromatic wine with a refined and elegant flavor, thanks to the wormwood it also contains, which gives it that special bitterness.

PRODUCTION
It is made from organically grown Garnacha and Cariñena rosé wine. It macerates in a wooden cask for approximately six months with a selection of local herbs such as rosemary, fennel, lavender, and thyme, accompanied by citrus peels and cardamom. No sweet concentrates are added during the process, only organic white sugar. An atypical "vermouth" since no alcohol is added.
