TASTING NOTES
Beautiful reddish-brown color with coppery hues. Very fragrant, persistent, and sweet aroma. Intense spicy nose, perfectly distinguishing aromas of vanilla and cinnamon on a completely herbal base, where we can appreciate hints of sage, chlorophyll, and rosemary, with faint notes of licorice. Intense, warm, sweet, and clean mouthfeel. Rich spicy sensations of cinnamon and vanilla confirm what we already detected on the nose, perfectly combined with tasty hints of wild herbs, especially chamomile and pennyroyal on a primarily herbaceous background of bay leaves and coriander. A long aftertaste that leaves a pleasant memory of countless nuances.
