Vermut Estones PX

Vermut Estones PX is a red vermouth made with Pedro Ximénez grapes from Vins de Mas el Sersal.This is a unique vermouth made with a minority variety in Catalonia, but one that this winery has been familiar with and working with for many years in other products. Recipe No. 3 is the number they chose and where they carefully store the recipe. This is a combination of botanicals that macerate the Pedro Ximénez and give the Estones vermouth its own personality.

TASTING NOTES
This is an authentic vermouth, with a combination of aromas reminiscent of sherries and veiled wines.A surprising balance between freshness and sweetness, with well-integrated spicy and bitter notes.
