Vermouth Padró & Co White Reserve is a traditional vermouth that is complemented by the Mediterranean citrus aromas so typical of the environment as it was done in the past. A vermouth Mediterranean, authentic and traditional of the area of Tarragona.
TASTING NOTE
Aromatically intense and very pleasant, with memories of sweet herbs such as gentian, star anise, marialuisa, quinine, angelica ... Balance and complexity in equal parts. In the mouth it is elegant, unctuous, fine and round. It is perceived a slight sweetness and bitterness with a final citric touch that brings freshness and a splendid post taste that makes it very sweet.
ELABORATION
We associate an infusion of aromatic herbs with the skins of various citrus fruits. This formula, after a few months of maceration, is added to an aged white mistela that we have reserved for this vermouth. Aged in barrels and bottled in the property Padró i Família S.L.
