Vermouth La Madre

Vermouth La Madre is a vermouth that is made with a unique selection of botanicals from which you get "the essence" that later, is assembled with a carefully selected white wine.

TASTING NOTE
Cherry color. A moderate aroma emits an attractive combination of citrus skin and black fruits with very subtle herbal nuances, with a special accentuation to artemisia, lavender and rosemary. A powerful sweet aroma reveals aromas of cinnamon. A soft and silky entrance is followed by semi-sweet flavors reminiscent of orange juice and sweet spices. The finish on the palate is mildly acidic and pleasant. It concludes with a refreshing grape flavor, with a hint of vanilla flavor and notes of dried berries, followed by a mild bitterness provided by the cardamom seeds.

ELABORATION
La Madre is a vermouth that is made with a unique selection of botanists. After a long period of maceration of aromatic herbs in ceramic amphoras, you get "La Esencia", being the mother of the vermouth. Subsequently, the essence is assembled with a carefully selected white wine, obtaining the peculiar Vermouth La Madre.

Enjoy this vermouth as an aperitif serving it very cold in a cocktail glass with a slice of orange peel.
