Tossals Special Selection is a red wine coupage from Carignan (70%) and Grenache (30%) from old, natural and sustainable vineyards located in El Molar.
TASTING NOTE
Intense and bright red color. Calm wine in the glass. The nose and mouth is natural, fruity, mineral, fresh, round and elegant.
VINIFICATION
Maceration of 15 days, mixed alcoholic fermentation between 600-liter barrels and 5000-liter stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts.
AGING
Aged for 14 months in French oak barrels.
